Plainland's Hardware & Rural Centre operates a Home Team DIY Rewards Loyalty Programme. The process is very simple. If you do not yet have a Customer Loyalty Card, please ask a staff member for a Home Team Loyalty Card. This card has a unique Barcode/Magnetic Stripe. There is no joining fee.

 To start receiving reward points please present this card at the start of each transaction. This card is linked to your customer details. You need to present your card at the time of purchasing goods in order to receive your points.

The card can be used for any purchase in the store. It can only be used at Plainland's Hardware & Rural Centre and not at other stores. Every $1 spent in the store earns 5 Loyalty Points. Each Loyalty Point is equivalent to 1 cent. These Loyalty Points accumulate as you spend more in the store. Loyalty Points can only be redeemed in the store for goods and not for cash. Loyalty members may receive special offers from time to time. There is no limit to the amount of Loyalty Points that may be accumulated, however they expire 12 months from the date they were earnt.

All your points are stored in a secure Home Team account. Loyalty Points can be redeemed once 500 or more have been accumulated. You may inquire at the till how many Points you have or check your balance on line. These may then be spent on goods, a discount to that value taken or a Gift Card received. The minimum to be redeemed in any transaction is $5.

The programme is free. Participation is voluntary and by invitation. You can keep track of your rewards via the Home Team Loyalty Club website. Simply go to www.homehardware.com.au and click onto the Home Team link and enter your Username and Password. 

*Note: Specially priced quotes do not accumulate Loyalty Points. Trade sales do not accumulate Loyalty Points. Tanks and Fencing Material (Ironbark products) do not accumulate Loyalty Points. Also some items on sale and other items from time to time may not accumulate Loyalty Points.
